At Michelangelo everything is fresh all the time !
Mamo uses every year :
- 5 tons of fresh pasta
- 1 ton of lobster,
- 600 liters of extra virgin olive oil
- 1913 kg of tomatoes, 96 kg of fresh basil,
- 890 kg of freshly grated parmesan
- 870 kg of mozzarella
- 30 kg of freshly ground black pepper
This only represents the basic ingredients, don't bother looking for the rest, because it's Mamo's secret.
